Parish ministries and chartered organizations
This form is primarily for the ministries of St. Francis in-the-Field and the organizations chartered by the parish, such as our Scouting units. If that is you, please continue to the form below.

If you are a local group or an outside vendor, please email Dan Dallam with your request and your needs, including the date, the hours, the space, and the number of people. We will see what we can accommodate.

We check the calendar
The parish office confirms the room is free, and works out anything needed for set-up or audio and visual.
You hear back
We write to confirm the booking, or to suggest an alternative time or room if the one you asked for is taken.

Capacities below are a guide rather than a limit, and depend on how the room is set up. If you are unsure which space suits your gathering, ask and we will help you choose.
